Server Side Website Setup:

33 domain names $650/yr @ $19.70 per domain – cost of purchasing the domain every year
33 ssl certs $500/yr @ $15.15 per domain – cost of securing the site every year
33 web hosting $360/yr @ $35.00 per month – cost of hosting the 33 sites every year
 
Client Side Website Setup:
30 Websites @ 75/ea = $2250.00 ($75 Setup fee per website @ 1.5 hour(s) per website)
1) Purchase website
2) Configure DNS to point to our server
3) Configure Database for website
4) Copy Template over
5) Replace content with new users’ content
6) Create small logo
7) Add RDI Search
8) Add and configure all security and backups for websites
 
Logo Creation:
$5 per logo – $165 @ 33 – One time cost
 
Will each website need its own email?
 
Cost to build the first 3 websites – $225 Total
Cost to maintain the first 3 websites – $180/yr @ $5/month
 
Total to get started for the 3 websites (Logo creation for free):
$405.00 

Plus, you need to sign up for the monthly reoccurring costs…..

 
$10 maintenance fee per month/per website (15 mins per website @ 8.25 hrs per month)
$3,960 per year for 33 websites @ $330/month

2) Check and update WordPress fabric
        3) Check and update server configuration
 
Other Costs:
Calculated Fields (The Form Program Used on PilotJem)
$100 fee per website/per year if needing the 
 
Bob’s website will be charged differently as there will be more to it than just the above set up:
Quoted him $550 – $600 for both BobDeMaria.com and UYS.com and the $100 for calculated fields per year
